Anyone can share problems involving SECC 4.2 which to be integrated to an M1 X11 Rls25.15 in terms of performance?

The reason for asking is I am reluctant in upgrading my M1 just to have SECC 4.2 since Rls25.15 still supported, as I read.

Help, please...

I looked after just such a config for a couple of years. No problems. System had 50 Agents taking up to about 5000 calls a day.

1st Rule.

Always ensure all curremt patches are installed before you start. Both on the PBX and SECC (or any application for that matter). Else you could behaving issues that are already fixed.
