We have SCCS and SECC on 2 locations both running as of now. Our plan is to change the IP addresses of their CLAN. Is it possible I can do that easily or it will affect a lot on the systems?

Does changing involves re-installation, or just simply change on IP settings?

The changing of the IP does not need a re-install.After changing it on the server the Clients need to be changed to direct to the new IP.

See Page 603 of the SCCS Installation and Maintenance guide. I did this myself yesterday without any problems.
