BCM Tech needed in Atlanta

I am having sporadic problems when my agents log into symposium. When they log in it makes them nrd. The phone is then locked and the only way to get out of it is to reboot the phone. We have put on all the latest patches on the symposium and the Meridian but still having the issue. Any thoughts??

Thanks!!

Have you tried to have them login and then hit the NRDY key so they are logged in and ready to take calls?
I think by default when they enter their agent ID then the # key they go into NRDY.

WTF is this gal brain dead?

The phoneset goes in NRD after log in Symposium, by default.
Do you have an ADS bloc (LD 23) ? If wo, what if you try to log in a phoneset not acquited in Symposium, same problem ?
Does desacquiring a "frozen" logged phone let it back to normal ?

Whoa.... that is one big pig!

I should clarify that the set is stuck in nrdy after they log in. I will look at the ads block and try to deacquire a frozen set and get back to you.

Thanks!!

I have seen this before. It was a problem with the TN. If it only occurs to a couple of phonesets. deaquire from symposium, out the TN and rebuild. If you are getting it on lots of TNs then reboot symposium.
