Have I said that I don't like ACDs

I have never setup an ACD before and I thought I was doing so good but I hit a snag. I have tried to research this but I think I just need an idiots guide to ACDs.

I have an Option 61c running Suc 3.0 with ACD package C ( I think)
I have an 800# pointed to an ACDN with 2 agents answering. When no agents are logged in the calls go to vmail for the ACDN but if an agent is logged in and busy or not ready it just rings. I just need it to go to the VMail box.

I know others have asked this, I have read the posts but like I said I think I need an idiots guide.

You need to set up your Interflow DN info on the queue
