Location: London(ish) Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I am having problems with a site trying to schedule reports usnig the webclient. When they save the scheduled report and then go to activate it, SWC responds that the report is already active. When you then go and check the status of the report, the report is displayed as inactive and will not allow you to activate it. Runing swc 4.5 SU05 PD-S | ||||||||

Location: Midwest Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I'm not sure if this is the cause, but I am aware that if the IceAdmin account password is changed, it may affect the ability to activate or deactivate any scheduled reports. A user can still save new scheduled reports but none of the scheduled reports can be activated or deactivated. According to Nortel, a subsequent change in the IceAdmin account password will not recover from the error condition, and you will be required to Contact Nortel for a special patch; however, this happened to us and our "data guy" was able to recover without the patch. | ||||||||
