I set up account codes in SECS this weekend, and programmed the acnt key on my agents phone. The key seems to work correctly, but my issue is reporting. When I pull an interval report on account codes, it shows the code number, but all codes fall under the system default 0.
Is there something I am missing? I have instructed the agents to press the activity key, the code, then the activity key again.

Account Codes

While reading I keep seeing NRAC. Do I need this turned on?
here is what I am trying to accomplish.

Call comes into q, customer asks for balance: agent logs balance inquiry activity code. So on and so on.
I am not interested in Not Ready codes per say...

NRAC is not needed for your purpose.
Do you tried to type activity code yourself, it looks like your agent didn't very well understood your explanation... :wink:

ok I am using 3905 sets, what key do you guys designate for the acnt option?

I currently have it set to key 11
