Location: hillbilly heaven Rep Power: 6 ![]() | SMDR - No of Rings Somewhat confused on this one. when call comes in after TOD hours, it now routes to the general CP login prompt (MB?) In SECC I have it set to go to CP, but it is like SECC is not passing the digits. Anything weird i need to know about here.

Location: hillbilly heaven Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Still has me scratching my head, especially since it is a Nortel to Nortel product. Originally what I had in SECC was to route calls after hours to my Call Pilot dn 2xxx. Prior to SECC it worked ok, but for some reason when it got to CP it was like the digits were stripped. So the work around was to create a acd queue, that ncfw to vm. Then changed the route to in SECC to the acd queue.
