Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Help: I most likely have the last MAX that is on line in Noth America. I was just told by my head bean counter that we have to live with this obsolete MAX System for at least two years. Does anyone have some suggestions haow I can get support for this product? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Max is a very stable product from my experience and except for a very rare reboot requires very little care and feeding. I would be happy to hear that I could keep my Max another two years with the Symposium project I am working on right now. Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Do you have an IP or an SNN unit? Depending on your call volume and your configuration you may require more reboots than you like. There are a few third party vendors that will sell you reburbished units but, they don't come with much if any warranty. I am still a MAX driven house and am having difficulty with the procurement process for an upgrade. You will only get vendor support if you have a down system and then, Nortel will charge them prime rate for support. You might want to warn your head bean counter that the longer they wait to replace this manufacture discontinued piece of equipment, the more it will cost them later.
