Hey all, got a lot of good answers here, thanks.

Got some programming I'm trying to do. Thanks to info I got here I have successfully overflowed an ACD Q to a CDN, or Phantom. But I've only been able to do this based on OVTH, I would like to do this via TOFT. I've heard here that it's possible but I can't get it to work. Here's what I got.

TYPE ACD
CUST 0
ACDN 5012
MWC NO

MAXP 2 <-- this is only low because this is a text Q
SDNB NO
BSCW NO
ISAP NO
AACQ NO
RGAI NO
ACAA YES
FRRT
SRRT

NCFW <-- no NCFW wanted because of testing purposes
FNCF NO
FORC NO
RTQT 4
RTQO NRD
SPCP YES
OBTN NO
RAO NO
CWTH 1
NCWL NO
BYTH 0
OVTH 0 <-- Overflowed because of this, can be higher and would be ok
TOFT 10 <-- Want to overflow based on this if OVTH was higher
HPQ NO
OCN NO
OVDN
IFDN 5017
BUSY BSY BSY SRC BSY <-- Someone said set this SRC SRC SRC SRC
AENI YES But I get a SCH when I do that, doesn't
OVBU LNK LNK LNK LNK Look like that's really valid
EMRT
MURT
RTPC NO

As per your post of 6 April you stated that you had successfully overflowed an ACD Q to Call Pilot. I havent been able to get this to work, and have been told it wont! could you pass along how you got this to work?
