| Hi, I am facing this very peculiar problem in SCCS 4.0 client reprting. With One of the Login Id's the name of the Agent is not appearing in the Agent DN Performance reports. I checked the user details and they are fine. Also when the User is logging on her phoneset her Name is appearing on the login screen correctly. What could be the reason for the Name not appearing against a login Id in any report? | ||||||||
