When an agent log's into their phone is the time they login coming from the OPT81C or Symposium? The times on both are off by about two minutes.

How can I get these two to sink up on the time?

The Symposium time is syncronized with and by the Switch. For example if you open the System Date and Time in Symposium - you can only view the fields you'd have to reset the switch time to correct the Symposium time. Other data like total logged in time, talk time, is gathered from Sympoisum.

To view Symposium Time:
System Window
-->>System Admin
--->System Date & Time Settings
