I am running basic ACD-C and I have a PC collecting the reports via procomm. I need to know what the information in ROPT 1 2 3 4 means in those reports.

Voicemail not picking up calls

The information you need to interpret these reports can be found in M1 Automatic Call Distribution Reference Guide, section on Management Reporting (Document 553-2671-110), or more recently with Succesion, the book is called Automatic Call Distribution Description (Document 553-3001-351), section on ACD Management Reporting.
