Location: Ohio Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I am sorry I ask so many simple questions, the phone systems is actually a very small part of what I do and I never have time to investigate anything myself. How do I set up an ACD Que to rollover to another ACD Que if they have been sitting in the que too long and does it go by time in the que or how many people sitting in the que? Thank you !

Location: hillbilly heaven Rep Power: 6 ![]() | hey Tammie, there are a few things you can do the first is to look at the OVTH (over flow threshold) on the acd queue in ld 23. By default it is set to 2047 (sec. in queue before it overflows.) The second prompt to look for is the OVDN (over flow directory #). Let's say when a call comes into queue, you want the customer to wait only 10 seconds. You would change in LD 23 the OVTH to 10, and then change the OVDN to point to the queue you want it to flow to. Hope this helps. Brian
