Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Site Changes: Downloads and Manuals. How do I read the data on the Appliacation Performace report? I went to the documentation and found out the formula by which the report comes up with the %service level. But how do I know what the service level is? In Advanced Settings under Application Threshold class I see that the pegging for Ans After Threshold is 30. Does that mean that 80% of the calls coming in have to be answered in 30 seconds? How do I know that 80% is the level. What if it's 70 or 90? Where is that info? Thanks! | ||||||||

| BCM 3.6 problems with XP servicepack 2 Hi, The service level is determined by the pegging value. If the pegging is set to 30, that means that any call that are answered in 30 seconds or less are considered a good statistic. The formula includes the calls answered and call abandoned in it's calculations as well, but the service level pegging value is the value that you have direct control over. If you were to set the service level to 10 seconds and your average answer delay is 17 seconds then your service level would be in the crapper. | ||||||||
