| OK , THE NPA IS FROM 3 DIGITS AND MORE , MY AREA CODE IS 2 DIGITS I FOUND A SOLUTION WITH : IF CLID = Area_code@ THEN ( if my clid is 03xxxxxxx ) you can put the 03 as area code. IF ( CLID = 03@ ) THEN QUEUE TO SKILLSET VIP_sk WITH PRIORITY 1 WAIT 2 GIVE RAN you_are_special_ran_gv END IF The following example shows the use of a wildcard in a CLID digit string.
