I am having trouble importing a crystal report with parameters into my Symposium Web Client Server. If I understand the instructions I must import it as a Parameter type report. But once imported the paramenter section is blank and the report will not run.
The report runs fine in Crystal and in regular Symposium. I can import non-Parameter reports to Symposium Web Client with no problem.

Hmmm. Can't say that I've actually done this.

I'd say that you only need a parameter report if you want the report to use stored query procedures on a server - similar to that of a Pivot table in MS Access SQL.

Does the report work properly if you import it as a non-Parameter report?

No. I just tested again, importing as a historical or configuration report and they seem to run but either come up with an error or a blank screen.

The reason I need parameters is that we have several call centers and each supervisor only wants to see their own apps, skillsets and agents.

Ok - then you will need to define the parameters for the query.

I haven't done this before, but let me do some research.
