SERVICE UPDATE ISSUE

hello all

i want to export and build reports with business object ,where can i find all the fields to work with and the meaning of each field and formulas.
i now that there is a way to print call by call fields , how ?

You need to refer to the Symposium Call Center Server Historical Reporting & Data Dictionary. You should be able to access the documentation from the installed client by clicking Help / Reference Guides / Historical Reporting & Data Dictionary, from the SMI window.

This document includes detailed descriptions of the various database views that are used in reports.
