| Sympsoium Reboot Just did an Service Update from SU12 to SU13. Well guess what we had problems with the realtime displays and reports where not correct. For example in realtime displays, and agent would be IDLE but when they where presented with a call their status remained on IDLE. The REALTIME display would only update when a major event would happen LOGON LOGOFF MAKE BUSY NOT READy So how did I solve this, I had to back out of the service update and bring it back to 12. Nortels excuse was, well we are coming out with SU14 and we recommend you put that in when it comes out to fix SU13. Good one Nortel, now how about shaving .10cents of that stock price for this inconvenience buggers | ||||||||

Location: NE Rep Power: 7 ![]() | RE: I am sure we installed Symposium 5.0 with the SU14, we are still see issues occationally with wroung phone status. Our vendor is saying we need PEP NN_SCCS_5.0_SU_04_S installed to solve several issues. Calls not presenting to agents that are idle longest, phantom calls etc. Seems to me these fixes should be the SU14, why would I also need SU_04?? Might be worth looking into. | ||||||||
