If your company were to create the ultimate in Syposium Guru's, what courses would this person have to successfully complete to qualify?

Rach - I've attended:

Symposium Call Center Server Installation and Maintenance
Symposium Call Center Server Scripting
Symposium Call Center Server Client Applications and Management

and I feel comfortable with all aspects of Symposium...

Thanks Chas. I need to turn myself in to a Guru in short order. I need as much information as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Tomorrow, I will be hitting the course catalog and want to get the most bang for my buck. Did you need any prerequisites for those three?

As long as you have money GK doesn't care about the prereqs; I've taken several classes one of which required NARS / BARS hipo networking and passing the test as a prereq, I'd hadn't done the NARS /BARS course and practically slept though the class then scored 100 on the test in 10 minutes.

Good question though as I have to send someone to Symposium class soon too.
