I use an Option 11 PBX with Symposium Express 4.2. A few months ago I had turned off reporting on some ACDs in the Option 11. Now I’d like to add those ACDs back to Symposium Reporting. I tried changing the RPRT prompt to YES in LD 23 but that doesn’t seem to be working. I also deacquired and reacquired the CDN in Symposium Express. Do I have to out the ACD and related CDN and rebuild them in the PBX to get reporting to work? Or am I missing something simple? Thanks.

Hi,
The report prompt should be turned to NO for CDN if they are acquired by SECC. What kind of reports are you looking for? There is no ACD reports with SECC only CDN reports plus the applications or skillsets reports

Are you sure you have not reached the maximum number of CDNs you can report on in SECS??? How many do you report on, and what does your licence cater for?
