This seems simple, but I can't figure out how to change a set so that ACD calls can be answered simply by lifting the handset off the cradle (no need to press the in-calls key). Call forcing is not an option because we want agents to be able to choose whether or not they take a call. You may have guessed that this is to accomodate cordless headsets with a handset lifter. Can anyone help?

BCM 3.6/Succesion 2.0 compatibility?

Not sure if it will/can work on an ACD phone, but try IRA class of service....
