Rep Power: 0 ![]() | This seems simple, but I can't figure out how to change a set so that ACD calls can be answered simply by lifting the handset off the cradle (no need to press the in-calls key). Call forcing is not an option because we want agents to be able to choose whether or not they take a call. You may have guessed that this is to accomodate cordless headsets with a handset lifter. Can anyone help?

Not sure if it will/can work on an ACD phone, but try IRA class of service.... __________________ You can't wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you - Look, if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor, just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!
