Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: More features For a new installation opt 11c, there was pre configured programming of meridian mail at slot 10 and ACD group and agents. I have manage to "out" the other ACD group and DN 7000. There are still two ACD group which are 7700 and 7500 that could not be "out". When i tried to out 7700 and 7500 acd group, there is an error stating there is acd agent active within the specified acd group. Then i print the DNB of 7700 and 7500 and found out there was no ACD agent under the ACD 7700 and 7500. I hope that someone could help me sort this problem. Thanx | ||||||||

Location: hillbilly heaven Rep Power: 6 ![]() | What you may have to do is do a TN dump on your switch to see if a phone or a queue has the queues in question FDN'd or NCFW to. Also you may want to change your MAXP to 0 if you can and then try to out it. | ||||||||
