Location: France Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hi, Since a few days, The ELAN crash for a few seconds every 8 hours (midnight, 8am and 4pm). It seems to be transparent to the users. In Symposium Event Browser there is the error 48421 : Switch link down. (File/Func: .\startshut.cpp/doChangeLinkStatus : line 331) And in the PBX : CSA105 17 CSA002 17 ELAN007 ELAN 17 host IP=162.66.179.100 disabled, read from socket fail due to far end disconnect or Ethernet problems. The disconnect is less than 5 seconds. The network guys said they saw nothing odd to the network switch. Any idea what the problem is ? What Symposium is doing every 8 hours ? Rgds. D.
