| What application are you creating a ACD group? The one thing you need to keep track of is what ACDs you have programed and where you are routing them to. If a customer wants you to foward a ACD to a outside number like a pager or cell phone, because they can make calls on your dime. | ||||||||

Location: Far away Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Creating ACD Group start with a clean TN, don't change acd set programming,always out and rebuild. Build the new set as you would any 2616: useing LD23 Key 0 acd xxxx 0 xxxx (first number is acd queue you just built second number is agent id) Key 1 nrd (not ready) key 2 msb (make set busy) Key 3 scr xxxx key 4 scr xxxx key 5 dwc xxxx (display calls waiting in queue if you want this) Lpk should be 0 Lhk should be 4 | ||||||||

Location: Far away Rep Power: 0 ![]() | ok from memory create a new user in LD 11 (digital) then make key 0 like this for the first user key 0 3811 0 1111 ( 1111 is the agent id) agent id must be 4 digits second user like this key 0 3811 0 1112 ( 1112 is the agent id ) 3rd like this key 0 3811 0 1113 ( 1113 is the agent id ) dont forget to add the keys like this on each set Key 0 acd xxxx 0 xxxx (first number is acd queue you just built second number is agent id) Key 1 nrd (not ready) key 2 msb (make set busy) Key 3 scr xxxx key 4 scr xxxx key 5 dwc xxxx (display calls waiting in queue if you want this) Lpk should be 0 Lhk should be 4 you will need to point the DDI number to 3811 try that | ||||||||
