What application are you creating a ACD group? The one thing
you need to keep track of is what ACDs you have programed
and where you are routing them to. If a customer wants you to
foward a ACD to a outside number like a pager or cell phone,
because they can make calls on your dime.

Creating ACD Group

start with a clean TN, don't change acd set programming, always out and rebuild.
Build the new set as you would any 2616:
useing LD23

Key 0 acd xxxx 0 xxxx (first number is acd queue you just built second number is agent id)
Key 1 nrd (not ready)
key 2 msb (make set busy)
Key 3 scr xxxx
key 4 scr xxxx
key 5 dwc xxxx (display calls waiting in queue if you want this)
Lpk should be 0
Lhk should be 4

ok from memory

create a new user in LD 11 (digital)

then make key 0 like this for the first user

key 0 3811 0 1111 ( 1111 is the agent id) agent id must be 4 digits

second user like this

key 0 3811 0 1112 ( 1112 is the agent id )

3rd like this

key 0 3811 0 1113 ( 1113 is the agent id )

dont forget to add the keys like this on each set
Key 0 acd xxxx 0 xxxx (first number is acd queue you just built second number is agent id)

Key 1 nrd (not ready)
key 2 msb (make set busy)
Key 3 scr xxxx
key 4 scr xxxx
key 5 dwc xxxx (display calls waiting in queue if you want this)
Lpk should be 0
Lhk should be 4

you will need to point the DDI number to 3811

try that
