If your counter was a wild variable like I mentioned previously then , yes, the IF statement would allow it to increment. But then you would use READVAR/SAVEVAR instead of ASSIGN TO.
Since your counter is a Call Variable then each new call starts with the value given in the Variable Table. In your script the counter will never come back to that point in the script so it will only increment to 1 anyway.
Can't think of a way to do this on 4.0.

OK so i guess then these guys are going to have to spend some money.. thanks any guys i do appreciate it.. if i come across something, some mythical command i will let you guys know..

If you move the Assign 0 To O_700_minilab_counter to the very top of the script (above Section Minilab_Round_Robin) then your counter will count up to 3.

Ok i will give that a shot, I don't understand however why it has to be at the top, but i have learned that it doesn't really help to try and to understand it all that much..

Will let you guys know.

By putting it at the top of the script the "assign 0..." will only be referenced once by each call entering the script - i.e. it will be outside any loops you have in the script. This means that the counter should get higher than 1. Hope that makes sense!

Hi, maybe I'm missing something here, but couldn't you route the call to a distribution or hunt group and make your 'agents' members of that group?
