why there is a conflict between number of answered calls in APPLICATION PERFORMANCE DAILY report and number of answered calls in AGENT BY SKILLSET PERFORMANCE DAILY report for the same skillset???????? usually the later shows lower number!

Are you logged in as webadmin? I hgave found if your logged in as anything other that webadmin you may not get all the numbers you want.

The same result for sysadmin-custadmin-and the supervisor ...how can sysadmin get wrong numbers?????? !!!!!

Is it the daily figure or the interval figure that is different? Also, do you have multiple skillsets in each application?

AGENT BY SKILLSET PERFORMANCE: 878 answered

APPLICATION PERFORMANCE: 902 answered

APPLICATION BY SKILLSET: 902 - 902 for both

AGENT BY APPLICATION : 878 answered

CDN STATISTICS: 902 answered

SKILLSET PERFORMANCE: 902 answered

SKILLSET BY APPLICATION: 902 answered
