Explicit Call Transfer on M1 61C
Hi,

Do you know if there is a mean to prevent ACD phonesets to allow calls, or at leat outgoing calls, when nobody is logged in (and of course allowing them as soon as the agent is log in...) ?

If ADS or SCB block exist then put RDNA to YES in your ACD queue and it will do the trick otherwise no can do.

No sure about the I phones - but you could use 'Electronic Lock' to prevent outbound calls...
