Hello,

I need to set up simple ACD with a call forward when all agents busy. Looks very simple but it doesnt work for me. I simply ty to set a IFDN and AENI but that doesnt work.
Here is my present setup:

To use IFDN you must be using a non-ACD number. So, this must be the number of an actual phone, not another queue. Also, to use IFDN you must have a First Ran Route configured eventhough your callers won't actually hear it if your timers are set properly.

OVDN and IFDN are mutually exclusive. You can only have one programmed at a time or nothing will do anything. You will need to cancel the OVDN entry if you are wanting to use IFDN functions.


What do you want this queue to do? Let's maybe start at the beginning and we can clean up what you have.

Call Pilot Archive Problem

HI, Many thanks for your feedback!
It still doesnt work. I just need a default ACD que that will forward the call to other DN or ACD whatever, when all agents logged in are busy.
