| Hello, I need to set up simple ACD with a call forward when all agents busy. Looks very simple but it doesnt work for me. I simply ty to set a IFDN and AENI but that doesnt work. Here is my present setup: TYPE ACD CUST 0 ACDN 3375 MWC NO DSAC NO MAXP 2 SDNB NO BSCW NO ISAP NO AACQ NO RGAI NO ACAA NO FRRT SRRT NRRT FROA NO NCFW FNCF NO CWTT NONE HMSB YES ACPQ NO FORC NO RTQT 0 SPCP NO OBTN NO RAO NO CWTH 1 NCWL NO BYTH 0 OVTH 1 TOFT NONE HPQ NO OCN NO OVDN 7200 IFDN 7332 BUSY BSY BSY SRC BSY AENI YES OVBU BSY BSY LNK LNK EMRT MURT RTPC NO STIO TSFT 20 HOML YES RDNA NO NRAC NO DAL NO RPRT YES RAGT 4 DURT 30 RSND 4 FCTH 20 CRQS 100 IVR NO CWNT NONE I any one can advise I will really appriciate a lot!! | ||||||||

Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9 ![]() | To use IFDN you must be using a non-ACD number. So, this must be the number of an actual phone, not another queue. Also, to use IFDN you must have a First Ran Route configured eventhough your callers won't actually hear it if your timers are set properly. OVDN and IFDN are mutually exclusive. You can only have one programmed at a time or nothing will do anything. You will need to cancel the OVDN entry if you are wanting to use IFDN functions. What do you want this queue to do? Let's maybe start at the beginning and we can clean up what you have. rlc | ||||||||
