When trying to use GRTD the time display is off by an hour on the "calls waiting by time" window. Also, when I make any scripting changes the time/date stamp log is off by an hour. This was happening before the time change. I have verified the switch and windoze box times to make sure they are correct. Our vendor so far hasn't been successful in finding anything. Anyone else having the same/similar troubles?

Are you up to date with your Switch & Symposium patches / PEPS?

Supposedly so. A recent 'upgrade' to SU12 seems to have cured the script log problem, now (sigh) it looks like we're behind again- maybe the next one will fix the GRTD stuff.

I'm presuming you're running SP4 on WIN 2K?
We had the same problem on NT 4.0. It was corrected with PEPS at the time.
Completing our recent upgrade from NT 4.0 / SCCS 4.0 to WIN2K / SCCS 4.2 this past weekend we added SU13S and I haven't noticed any time stamp problems when adjust or creating new scripts. Also, make sure your Hotfixes are updated as well.

I forgot to login before posting the above. I also wanted to ask if there were any ill effects on your reports, time wise that is?
And, are you receiving time adjustment errors in your event browser? It's quite possible your SCCS is not adjusting or synchronizing with your switch. Check your Time Services on the SCCS.
