CallPilot and Cisco Callmanager Express (CME)

Hi, all!

More weirdness!

Whenever I add or cpy a phone it wakes up in 'Set Busy' Usually, I just press the 'MSB' button and all is good. This morning I cpyed a phone and it woke up with "Set Busy Activated" on the display. But, the kicker is....there is no MSB button! What do I do? I've disu/enlu-ed, banged the phone on the desk, etc.! Is there some CLS that has MSB as the default? TIA

Here's the TNB for it--

MSB on all new phones

Are these ACD TNs that you are copying? If so, you're playing with fire.

Copying ACD set TNs may or will corrupt your database.

I know the description says ACD, but it isn't an agent or supv or anything. Is there anything else that makes it an ACD phone (like a CLS setting)?

Thanks!

Is that MCR key part of an ACD group somewhere? Long hot, admitedly, but could be looking to the 3500 ext. (as part of an ACD group) and thinking this phone is an agent.

Also too...are you CERTAIN you didn't copy an agent phone to create this one?

From my experience I have found that when you use the Copy Command with ACD sets with multi add on modules, strange things happen. I always found it a little safer to build new ACD sets from scratch to prvent weird stuff. You might try copying a standard set and then changeing it to an ACD set. Nortel has some weird habits that Nortel will neither confirm of deny.

What Overlay number to access the Meridian Option

Out the set and rebuild it. NEVER copy or move an ACD set.
