Location: Florida Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Need help with Centigram Model 70 computer My 8 years old Centigram is acting up and the Hard drive needs to be replaced. I have a spare hard drive, but I have no idea how to get the system working on it. This system runs on Qunix, and I have no familiarity with that. Anybody can help me? Peter

Hope this helps Julian | ||||||||

Location: Florida Rep Power: 4 ![]() | These sound very promising. However, from what I understand, you have to have a hard-drive "prepared" by Centigram. I have this idea from somewhere that the system will only work with hard-drives whose serial number was programmed in on the install floppies. You can't just go to Compusa, buy a 40Gb hdd for $50, stick it in, follow some steps and it will work... Or am I wrong. I would love to do just that. So, Julian W, and Chas2002: was it easy to replace that HDD?
