Location: New York, NY Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Quick Q FX system; I was told I cound not do it and I cannot figure it out. I have a DNIS set up for my inbound T and POTTS for private lines and local inbound and outbound calls. My 800 # comes in over my T and I want be able to forward that 800 # to an answering service when we have off hours or emergencies where we have to leave the office. I seem to remember with my DXP that I had a couple of years ago I was able to call forward from the receptions phone which was a 24 line impact with display though I am sure you can do it from any handset. Any ideas?

Location: Chicago area (Lombard) Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Inter-Tel If you are using a Keyvoice voicemail, you could default the 800 number after hours to a mailbox, then have that mailbox do a blind transfer to a number in the TO: field. This could be changed by the administrator if the number ever changes. I hope this helps.
