Trying to get this voice mail system reprogramed and working. The manuel talks about using some software to do it. Can anyone give me an idea where to start and how to get the software. I have never worked with a Comdial system before. Can I get in remotely with a network connection? Can anyone send me the software?

This is what I have DX80 PC-DBA Version R16UM0.F21 This is what is on the screen shot in the manuel.

This system came with the purchase of a building and the manuel is there but no software to be found.

Is there by chance a PC set up by the system for programming or did the previous owners take everything with them?

I have talked to my guy who is at the location and he says yes they took all the pc's.

He said the manuel talkes about have to program from the station 101 and this station needs to be set by the software. Somthing like if you try to move the 101 it is lost. He said they tried to do some programing and got so far and then it kicks them out. Some simple things like time he said they could change.
Does any of that make sense?

Software
You would see an icon on the desktop with (PCDBA for DX-80 for FXX) under it,XX=release number.

That would be the PC they used.

Whats your e-mail?
