Question The Voyager Quest Continues....
I have obtained the installation/programming docs for the VMPBX-408, but can't seem to locate other technical support. The internal memory battery went dead, so I changed it. When I brought the system back up, all voice prompts and the voicemail system were lost. Any suggestions?

Boot in DOS and check the .cfg files to see if they are still there. Otherwise run a SMO disk set. I have manuals if you need. EOL product from Comdial. Try calling Lani.....
