Call Forwarding

I have a quick question.

I have some ext. that are forwarded to outside lines. Most of the time what happens is it doesn't go through or when it does go through, the party your calling can't here you. Is there a fix for this? The system i have is a Comdial FX-112. Also, the way i have then forwarded is in the Database Administrator software under Call transfer.

Thanks

Hi flack,

I do call transfer that way as well. And haven't had trouble with it.

You might try call forwarding from the phone instead:

To enable:
ITCM, *52, telephone number to dial exactly how you would dial it if calling from the phone

To Disable:
ITCM, #5

I use this for some in-office call forwarding as well as out-of-office call forwarding.
