Comdial FX system

A couple quick questions

1) Is there a way to add departments on the auto attendant? Like "press 1 for claims, press 2 for accounting" and so on

2) For some reason, our VM line 3 never disconnects even if i go into Impact attendant and click disconnect. In the Voicemail Viewer, it shows idle but has never received a call on VM3 and in Impact Attendant, it shows connected. How do i get this to disconnect?

Thanks

If you have an auto attendant yes you can add departments.
Reload your worktop and see if the port staus doesn't change.

Departments are setup via routing boxes. If you've reloaded worktop and it shows VM3 still busy but voice mail viewer says otherwise you have corrupt data in the WideOpen folder. Hopefully you have a manual for the system and voice mail.

Another question. Is there a way to print out a log of calls from an ext?

Thanks again
