If the Qwest connectivity is a problem then I would verify the clocking on the Cisco side to make sure it knows the network is Qwest and not itself. Second, if you have a problem getting calls with DID's in the 10xx range then use the Dialed Digit Analyzer to see where Callmanager thinks the call should go. You will find any station, device, or call routing overlap in the "Alternate Route" section at the bottom. There is nothing about using 10xx that will cause this. There is no code issue or bug that makes 10xx any different than any other digit combination or range if set-up properly in the CallManager

Location: Minneapolis Rep Power: 4 ![]() | I believe the Digit Analyzer is a 4.x product. Be very careful with the upgrades and do not upgrade 3.3 to anything except suported versions. there was a major database structure change in the 4.0 track and it will screw everything up unless you follow the supported upgrade paths. So try getting some router debug output and post it. Also is the gateway set-up as H323 or MGCP in the CCM pages? telnet in, go to "enable" mode turn on "term mon" to see the debug output in a telnet session (this kills whenever the telnet session ends) run "debug isdn q931" and start an output capture on the telnet session place some calls and you will see the output scroll by stop the capture, type "un all" to stop the debug and then post the results thanks btw - is there a CallManaer guy who can verify the call flow in the Dial-Plan or is that you? Is there a 10xx dial-pattern defined? if H323 then is there a 10.. dial-peer defined in the router config? Feel free to post a "sh run" too j
