Can you detail the CTI event a bit more? The phone doesn't usually "support" a CTI as much as the controlling application controls the phone.

What app are you working with and do they support the use of 7931's ?

The 7931's are really low featured phones and as far as I know, they are not selling like hotcakes. I would not be surprised if the app vendor has not developed any integrations for the 7931. It also may be that the phone software does not support much in the way of controllable features, I've never seen an app that promotes use of the 7931.

well i want to get call events on hook, off hook.
but i got my answer thanks.
it supports CTI events only from CCUM version 6.1
