Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Call Party Name from PSTN We currently have a new CCM 5.1 system setup. Everything is working fine, however, on inbound PSTN calls we only receive the external phone number. We do not receive a calling party name. Is this available with CCM? We get name on station to station calls, however, we do not get names from the PSTN. Config: [PSTN]--3 5ESS PRIs->2811 Router--> CCM 5.1 Cluster. We are using SCCP on the Cisco sets. Thank you for your assistance. Jes

Location: Minneapolis Rep Power: 4 ![]() | this part of the PRI abilities. You should trouble shoot with the Telco and verify if they are seeing the Caller name or not. They may not pass it even if they do see it. Verify with a "debug isdn q931" command that you are indeed sending out the name. If not then you should re-configure your gateway to allow that. __________________ Deus ex machina
