How often does the CDR Repository Manager sends file to external billing server?

Hi,

Does anyone knows how often does the CDR Repository Manager sends file to external billing server? Can this be adjusted?

That would most likely be a "pull" from the Billing server as UCM does not come with an external billing app therefore does not have a "push" parameter.

The billing servers integration would be responsible for getting the data. I would ask the vendor of the billing server.

Hi,

In my understanding, the UCM would check the connectivity of (S)FTP of the external billing server at certain interval (I think its 6 seconds). And the UCM would still be responsible for delivering the CDR to the external billing server.
That is why I am wondering if there are any hidden settings (configurable or not) in the UCM to identify the frequency of the delivery from the CDR Repository to external billing server.

Thank you for your input. I will ask the vendor of the billing server regarding this matter.
