Rep Power: 0  Country:  | External calling party name & more Hi, I would like to develop application which shows some related with caller number information on phone display. For example I would like to show client name, company and some other info which I retrieve from my another application. Could you give me advise how I should config CCM, in order to notify my app for the external call and to give me the caller number? I read that should config some CTI things, but they are not clear to me. I am software developer and configurating CCM is not my strength. Please help me, Svetlin | ||||||||

Location: Minneapolis Rep Power: 4 Country: | Say a user has a phone number of 555-444-3333. You have to make the PSTN gateway only able to see a fake 3333 that you make as a CTI Route Point. Then you make that route point owned by your application (create a user, associate the CTI_RP, then send all the calls from the Route Point to the real phone on the guys desk. This is the basics, but you are needed more CM knowledge than this. Have you tried downloading the CM 4.x Server Developer Kit from CCO?
