Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Call Logs continued.... Thanks for the earlier help in generating basic CDR info. Unfortunately, working fo a law firm, the users would like a more detailed call report on their extensions. Specifically the calling or called number, time and duration of the calles. Is there a third party app that can generate such a report for say billing purposes?

Location: Minneapolis Rep Power: 4 ![]() | The basic CAR/ART software will give you that. If you structure your Depts., Managers, and Users then you can run the CAR/ART reports by dept and have them emailed to managers. These are basic calling reports and are available in the provided Cisco software. Also, you can expand out the ability if you enable the Client Matter code section of CallManager. It does not validate against actual Client Matter code databases but it will let you query on a code and run a report. __________________ Deus ex machina
