Is there a way, possibly through the ccmuser page to obtain a spreadsheet of the call log?

Not through the Admin pages. You have to install the CAR/ART tool and from there you can run some basic reporting. Most of the good stuff is dependant on having the directory users structured with managers and departments.

Read through the System Admin guide or CAR/ART.
