Cool Call Forward for All Calls

Hi, I find that if I configure Line 1=1111, Line 2=2222, Line 3=3333 in Phone A, then each line can activate call forward for all calls features in web user admin. But, in Phone A itself, I can only activate it in Line 1. For call forward status indicator, only Line 1 able to display. Other lines will not know the status if I configure call forward number thru' web user admin. I don't want to allow user to change it thru' web user admin, but speed dial number must update thru' web user admin. How to solve it?

On Phone A each line has it's own CallForwardAll ability. If you do not want the user to change this through the CCMUSER web site then go to Enterprise Parameters and disable it, but be aware this disables it for all phones. There is only one display option for CCMUSER and that is controlled through enterprise parameters.

I am not sure what you mean by "Other lines will not know the status if I configure call forward number thru' web user admin" Other Shared Lines on other phones? Or other lines on the same phone?

Many of these display options and control options change from version to version on CM, usually the higher your version the more control you will have. What version of CM are you running? On CM 3.3-4.0 there is some overlap as to which phones can use CFwdAll on the non-primary lines and from where they can initiate the Forward command. By 4.2 you should be able to Forward any line on any phone where it exists.
