Cool no outside dial tone om ccm after restart

hi all

i have a ccm 4.1.3, that after setting it up in lab i have sendudary dialtone from ccm on outgoing calls, after power down and setting it up at customer the dialtone have gone, anyone know what to do?

Search your devices for anything starting with your outside access code (such as a 9 in north america) If ANY device begins with the same number then it will not provide 2nd dialtone until the next digit is entered.

ALL translation patterns and route patterns that match that 1st digit MUST have the checkbox "Provide outside dial-tone"

CM 4.1.3 should have the menu option for "Route Plan Report" use this to find any and all patterns that begin with your access code (devices and patterns).

thx for you reply, i only have one route patern, so no match and the problem is that it worked, but after power down it dont!

So the results from the Route Plan report showed only 1 item? If so, then double check the settings. You will also want to push the access code then wait for the interdigit timeout. If the dial-tone shows up before the interdigit timeout then it might be a Processor spiking on the publisher causing the tone to be delayed on playback.
