Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello, Need your help! I have a cisco Callmanager express and nortel cs1000, usng h323 gateway. Calls between the two, and calls from cisco to cs1000 going out/in through PRI works fine. Question (1): I have callpilot on cs1000, but cisco hone not getting voicemail. How can I set this up to work? Question (2): Caller ID does not work betwen the two. How can I set this up? Thanks

If you don't see it there then you need to re-configure the PRI. try using NI2 for the type. When you say, the IP phone does not "get" voicemail. Do you mean the MWI or that it can't call the VM Pilot number? The isdn debug will tell you if a call to the Vm pilot is passing the right info. But 3rd party MWI will be a bit trickier. The MWI out of the vm system would need to be passed in-band on the PRI but if you vm integration is SMDI via an RS-232 cable on the Nortel then you need the Nortel to pass the MWI call across the PRI. For all that I would re-post the question to the Nortel board and see if they know how to do that. good luck __________________ Deus ex machina
