Cool Set Lock

I am looking but not finding, Is there a set lock feature on CM? We need to lock sets with a numeric code to prevent "other" users from making LD calls while the supervisor is out on the DC floor.

if a FAC is required on a Route Pattern then it will prompt the user for it

So this Route Pattern would only be available to the phones that need the security. The pattern would exist in a PT that they can see.

Other users who do not need the security would use a different route pattern in a different partition that the secure users can not see

The "seeing" is done by the Calling Search Spaces"

I just got a hit from my rep, we may use set mobility instead, that way the set couldn't get inbound calls either while the defualt was in place.

right extension mobility is a good option...provided the guy remembers to log off. There is an auto-logoff option and the admin can force a log off as well.
