Cool Does anybody knows if Call Manager supports Call Back? (Ring Again in Nortel world)

Does anybody knows if Call Manager supports Call Back? (Ring Again in Nortel world)

Cisco techs haven't been able to found out... , and I have gone throu all CM guides without success.

In the PBX world, that works by supervising the busy line, but in IPT there's no "busy" per se.

If by call back you mean Camp-on, or Park-on, then yes it does. You have to enable it in the phone template for the sofkeys.

Call someone, they are on the phone, push a button and it will alert you when they get off. It doesn not however, call you and them immediately. You have to answer "yes" to the alert. Yes means you want to be connected with them now that they are free.
