Location: Minneapolis Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Ken, The 7960 usually refers to the phone model. The backend equipment is CallManager (servers) and CallManager Express (sits in a router) Which do you have? Have you tried contracting anyone to make remote changes? MAC's are quite easily done through a VPN. On-site IT staff can place the phone or physically move phones if need be. When I was a system admin we deployed 250 phones to a human resources division (very non-tech) and we had the IT staff roll the phones with zero Cisco experience between them. I admined remotely and we were up in less than 2 days. In fact, we admin a sales office in Manhattan from Minnesota. __________________ Deus ex machina | ||||||||
